All The Young DudesĀ - And Teles!

It's no secret David Bowie wrote the iconic tune. Originally released by Mott The Hoople as a single in 1972, Rolling Stone rated "All The Young Dudes" No. 256 of the greatest songs of all time.

Ian Hunter leads this killer performance from the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert held on Easter Monday, 20 April 1992 at London's Wembley Stadium.

Mick Ronson, who would normally be seen with a Les Paul, sports a killer looking Tele. And along with Ian Hunter wielding another, they make an awesome pair of six string bookends.

This inspiring video features an amazing list of music icons including:

  • David Bowie
  • Mick Ronson
  • Brian May
  • Roger Taylor
  • John Deacon
  • Joe Elliot
  • Phil Collen

Although it was Ian's only appearance for the show, it was a memorable one. David Bowie and Mick Ronson went on to perform "Heroes" written by Bowie.
